- Identify Risks and Mitigations
- Establish Clear Roles and Responsibilities
- Set realistic Timelines with level of effort for all stakeholders
- Establish Key Milestones and monitor achievement
- Use Program and Project Management Tools and Dashboards
- Build accurate Budgets and a means for Budget tracking
- Create a Steering Committee that adds value

Always know and share, revisit the Objectives to keep everyone on the same path
Be transparent with Project Risks. Don’t shoulder the burden alone.
